Nigerian Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 fresh chillies, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons palm oil
  • Generous handful of chopped shrimp
  • 4 sheets of bitterleaf, or 6 leaves of dandelion, finely ground

Preparation:

Add palm oil to a skillet together with all the ingredients crushed in a bowl, fry for about 15 minutes.

Add the shrimp, and sauté for another five minutes. 

Sprinkle some grated bitterleaf and it will be ready to serve.
