Chocolate cookies with nuts
Preparation:
Place in a bowl the two types of sugar. Then add salt, flour and a teaspoon of baking. Mix well and add some melted butter and egg.
Knead well to form an even mixture. Add chocolate fondant, nuts and chocolate; keep kneading.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-9 minutes. (Do not overbake; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.)
