Heart-shaped cookies

Ingredients 

  • 125g of butter
  • 175g of brown sugar
  • 185g of flour
  • 170g of chocolate chips
  • ½ egg
  • 50g of powdered sufar

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat the butter a little so that it melts. Add it to a large bowl along with the sugar. Beat it well with the rods until it is uniform.

Add the egg and the teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Mix well.

Add the flour, yeast and salt. Knead everything with the help of a wooden spoon.

When the dough is ready, spread it with a roller and place a cookie cutter with the desired shape (in this case, a heart). You can also cut it by hand.

Bake for about 10 minutes.

Take the tray out of the oven and decorate with powdered sugar trough a strainer. Let them cool a little.
