Triple Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of black chocolate chips
  • 300 ml of sour cream
  • 225 grams. of flour
  • 85 grams. melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 85 grams. brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 25 grams. cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 100 grams. white chocolate chips

Preparation:

Sift flour in a bowl and add the cocoa, yeast and baking powder.

Add the black and white chocolate chips and stir well.

Preheat oven to 200 ° C and place the eggs in another bowl.

Add cream, sugar and melted butter. After that, mix the whole mixture with the flour.

Cover muffin molds with foil and place mixture into the molds.

Bake muffins for 20 minutes, take them out of the oven and serve hot or cold.
