White chocolate brownies

Ingredients:

  • 225 grams of white chocolate
  • 120 grams. of brown sugar
  • 120 grams. of unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams. self-rising flour
  • 120 grams. of nuts 

Preparation:

Grease mold with butter. Chop 175 g. of chocolate and nuts.

Place the remaining chocolate and butter in a baking bowl over low heat and wait until simmering.

Once it has melted, stir the mixture and let cool slightly. Beat the eggs with sugar and add the chocolate mixture.

Stir, add the flour, nuts and chopped chocolate and put the mixture into the mold.

Cook dough in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for half an hour. Take it out and let it cool down in the pan. Cut into squares and serve.
