Sweet potato custard
Preparation:
Place sweet potatoes in a pan with salted water.
Bring to boil and cook until soft for about 10 minutes. Drain, place in a bowl and mix.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the egg) and mix well.
Once finished, beat the egg whites until stiff; add to the mixture carefully.
Pour mixture into a shallow greased pan and cook for about 45 minutes at 170 ° C, or until browned.
