Tomato sauce
Preparation:
Heat oil in a skillet, add the onion and fry for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes, peppers, okra and cook over medium heat until the tomatoes begin to wrinkle.
Stir and cook for 16 minutes. Once the tomatoe skin starts wrinkling add salt, garlic, lemon juice and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Add the basil leaves and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with Muufo Baraawe anjeero (injeera Somali version) or with pasta and enjoy
