Sweet potato biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 180 g of mashed sweet potatoes
  • 60 ml of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 250 g of sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation:

Mix sweet potatoes with milk and melted butter. Then add the remaining ingredients.

Knead well on a floured surface, until it becomes a homogeneous dough.

Cut and shape cookies as desire .

Place them in a greased baking tray. Bake at 160 ° C for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with icing sugar and let cool.
