Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients:800 ml. of water400 ml. red wine vinegar1 tsp. ground pepper4 egg yolks250 gr. of butterSaltLemon juice
Preparation:
Mix water, vinegar and pepper all together and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove and wait for it to cool.
Add egg yolks.
Bring back to heat and stir constantly.
Add the butter and salt to taste.
