Sea Bass

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg sea bass
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Coriander
  • Parsley

Preparation:

Clean and chop the sea bass, so you can cook it more easily.

Season and add spices to taste.

This fish can be prepared in many different ways: Boiled with vegetables, grilled or baked.

To boil it, make a broth flavored with various types of vegetables and herbs.

To stir-fry it , cook it in a pan over a thing layer of olive oil , so it doesn't get too greasy.

Finally, you can serve the sea bass with boiled potatoes, grilled asparagus or zucchini.
