Oat bread
Preparation:
Start by putting the yeast in warm water and let it foam for a while.
Mix flour with oat bran, salt and sugar and once yeast starts foaming, add to mixture.
Then add 4 tablespoons oil and knead, forming a bun.
Let rest until it doubles in size.
Knead again and shape dough by using a roll.
Then place it in an oiled mould and cook it in the oven until golden.
