Lekompo rapper Lehlogonolo Chauke popularly known as Shebeshxt is set to spend more time behind bars. The artist's bail hearing has been postponed to 12 June 2026 due to the judge flagging AI-generated papers. The high court raised concerns over AI-Generated documents presented in his defence papers. The 31 year old musician appeared before the Polokwane High Court yesterday in yet another effort to have his bail application granted. He was arrested in November 2025 and faces a total of 20 charges including attempted murder, illegal possession of a firearm, robbery and more. The case will resume on 12 June. Image: X
