Mixed couscous (Morocco)
Preparation:
Soak couscous with butter in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Mix with a tablespoon, add some olive oil and let it cool.
Peel the cucumber and cut it in squares.
Cut the tomatoes in concassé. Mix the tomato, cucumber, tuna, peas, basil and vinaigrette with couscous and let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve with chopped nuts and crushed black pepper.
