Rapper and TV personality Molemo "Jub Jub" Maarohanye's kidnapping case has been postponed to August. This follows after the tv show host made his first court appearance at the Germiston Magistrates court on Monday 22 June. Jub Jub was arrested on Sunday 14 June for allegedly kidnapping an e-hailing driver he accused of being in a relationship with his girlfriend. Furthermore, he stands accused of firing a gun at the unnamed driver who fled the scene and reported the incident to the police. 45 year old Maarohanye maintained his innocence during the court appearance. He remains out of a R5000 bail and his case has been postponed to 25 August 2026 for further investigation. Image: X
