27. Lerato - On Taking Up Space, Cultivating Self-Love And Self-Care Through Yoga
Olerato
In this episode with my guest Lerato we discuss the importance of representation and taking up space in the Wellness spaces, and cultivating self-love and self-care through the yoga practice. Lerato shares her journey coming to the work and the space that she holds now.
My intentions with these guest episodes is to explore conversations that affirm the intangible things we are innately worthy of. This conversation is to affirm our innate worthiness to occupy space (exist and breath easy) and to heal as black women.
Lerato Malatjie is the founder of Olerato Yoga And Wellness. A Wellness Movement Redefining African Wellness in the face of the pandemic.
Her passions include teaching young people how to cultivate self-love through yoga and how to prioritize self-care so that we can function as leaders of a better tomorrow.
Thank you for spending your time here, do enjoy listening.
