Bravo, real name Sinesipho Peter passed away on January 22 in Switzerland ya the age of 30.
A statement shared by Bravo’s family said as tributes pour in for the late star, many have reached out to the family asking how they can offer support during this difficult time.
“The fundraiser has been created to help cover the costs related to returning Bravo to South Africa, immediate and necessary expenses connected to his passing and long-term support for his daughter. Any contribution is entirely voluntary and deeply appreciated. “The family is grateful for the kindness, messages and support received and kindly asks for privacy as they mourn.”
According to the family, the money will be used to bring Bravo’s body home and provide long-term support for his daughter.
The GoFundMe campaign has since raised CHF22,188 (about R456,302), at least 23% of the CHF100,000 goal (about R2,074,080).
