What do you do, when there is no cure?

Pilar is the president of the Metastatic Breast Cancer Association, and she's determined to help women who have terminal breast cancer and raise awareness about this often-overlooked form of the disease. Through the association, she hopes they can fund breast cancer research and change the path for women in the future.
