Vegetable Skewers
Preparation:
For the pepper sauce:
Fry garlic together with a slice of bread soaked in water.
Crush roasted and peeled peppers.
Lighten sauce with water and season it. Preheat oven to 175 ° C.
For the skewers:
Cut the peppers and courgettes into even pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half.
Wash cherry tomatoes without cutting them.
Assemble the skewers, alternating vegetables.
Mix the ketchup with mustard, soy sauce and oil.
Paint the skewers with this mixture, place in a baking tray and roast for five minutes.
Serve with the pepper sauce.
