Caesar Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Anchovies
  • 20 gr. mustard
  • Juice of a half lemon
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation: 

First, chop the anchovies as fine as we can and place them in a container. (Anchovy is one of the most consumed oily fish in the world, we can buy as anchovies in any supermarket.)

Add oil and egg and beat in the same way as if you were making mayonnaise, first with a mixer to the bottom, raising it gradually, until you notice the mixture thickening.
