Rice with Cod

Ingredients:

  • Cod broth 
  • Green  and red pepper 
  • Green beans 
  • Artichokes 
  • Onion 
  • Cod 
  • Oil

Preparation:

Place chopped vegetables in a pan with some oil which was previously added.

Braise over low heat. Clean cod, so no skin and bones remain.

Place it in the pan along with the rice. Sauté everything and add the cod stock.

Let it boil for 15 minutes and enjoy.
