Pineapple and cucumber smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of pineapple 
  • 1/4 cup cucumber (with skin) 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 celery stalk  
  • Vanilla or honey

Preparation:

Peel and cut all the ingredients and place them in the blender.

Mix well and add some honey and/or vanilla to taste.

Use more or less liquid depending on the thickness you want for your smoothie.

You can have this smoothie every day as a very healthy option for your morning routine.
