New Year’s Resolution
In today’s video I sit down to talk about new year’s resolutions and why I think they are important.
New year’s resolutions help to guide us by giving us goals to work toward.
They are also there to help us identify what our priorities are. I have taken a different approach to new year’s resolutions.
Instead of focusing on the result, I have been focusing on the process and habits that I need to have to achieve my new year’s resolutions.
This method has really helped me track the progress of my goals and have helped me create positive habits that I can keep long term.
My advice would be:
-Only pick a short list of new year’s resolutions to focus on
-Focus on the habits/actions to get to the goal and not on the result
-Make it as easy to start and stay consistent
